With the increasing number of foreign nationals visiting Hokkaido for leisure and tourism, especially to popular winter sports destinations such as Niseko and Furano, we have encountered numerous cases where individuals unfortunately become involved in accidents or legal issues.
In such situations, language barriers often cause significant stress and hinder timely resolution. To address these concerns, our office provides professional translation and interpretation services to assist foreign nationals during their stay in Japan. Our goal is to reduce their anxiety and facilitate smooth communication with local authorities and other parties. When necessary, we can also collaborate with licensed attorneys to support clients who may face legal proceedings.

We are pleased to offer our services even on weekends and public holidays, in order to assist foreign nationals without delay during unexpected or urgent situations.
Service Fees(Excusive of Sales Tax 10%):
- ￥25,000 JPY per half-day (up to 3.5 hours) / ￥50,000 JPY per full day (up to 7 hours)
- Please pay the fee for our services, INCLUDING SALES TAX 10%, in advance by bank transfer or Paypal or cash based on the preliminary estimate.
**Overtime (beyond 7 hours): an overtime charge of￥5,000 JPY per 30 minutes applies.
Additional Notes:
- Travel and courier expenses, if required, will be the responsibility of the client.
- If the travel time from our office to the designated location exceeds one hour (but is under two hours), an additional charge of ￥2,500 JPY per 30 minutes applies.
- For business trips, clients will be responsible for round-trip travel expenses, accommodation fees, and an additional charge of ￥15,000 JPY per round trip.
- Our services are also available on weekends and national holidays.
